October 23, 2019 - The team at Marshall Mechanical went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Mark Chester came out and walked me through the options and process for a new Mitsubishi mini-split,. He was very professional as well as personable. The team went above the norm and came and assisted my electrician with the electrical needed and final install day we had a breaker box issue. Typically an HVAC company would have made me call an electrician but they called the owner and he went and bought a new breaker and came and installed it himself. Best customer service I have ever received. The install guys were great also. Uniforms were nice and clean. They were very polite. Great experience all around. Cody Ferguson
