- Will at Marshall Mechanical was just here to repair my furnace. He was super nice. Checked my furnace out and did the repair then checked it several times to be sure it was working properly! He also explained to me what he did to repair it ( in terms that I could understand 😊).

November 18, 2020 - The team at Marshall Mechanical went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Mark Chester came out and walked me through the options and process for a new Mitsubishi mini-split,. He was very professional as well as personable. The team went above the norm and came and assisted my electrician with the electrical needed and final install day we had a breaker box issue. Typically an HVAC company would have made me call an electrician but they called the owner and he went and bought a new breaker and came and installed it himself. Best customer service I have ever received. The install guys were great also. Uniforms were nice and clean. They were very polite. Great experience all around. Cody Ferguson

August 31, 2018 - This company was friendly when we were discussing our needs,gave us a quote and we went with it. They were timely and price was as quoted.The tech that did the install was thorough and left no evidence there was even work done. So neat and cleaned up his entire area. The owner Erik Marshall gave us a follow up call to ensure our satisfaction. This company gives exceptional customer service.
